Our Roles

  • Provide Leadership support to care home managers who are struggling to meet the regulatory standards.
  • Provide support on to achieve good clinical governance.
  • Provide training to care home managers and their staff on person- centred care.
  • Support care home managers to identify areas that requires improvement or areas that were inadequate.
  • Support managers to develop a working action plan to tackle the identified shortfalls.
  • Help managers to build strong leadership team and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections that will identify any areas that are in breach of any regulation.
  • Provide wound care training to staff which will enhance their practice on wound management and prevention of pressure ulcers.
  • Provide advice to those aspiring to have their own care home.
  • Work in partnership with regulatory bodies to drive improvements in care home.
  • Ensure that residents always receive effective quality care.
  • Support the nurses with clinical advice that will enhance their clinical practice.
  • Safeguarding alerts and safeguarding training to ensure that the nursing is compliant with all safeguarding issues.
  • Review their incident log and lessons learnt from each incident or accident.
  • Conduct review of the system and write a Providers visit report.
  • Support the care home with clinical audits such as care plan, medication, infection control, walk around environmental check to ensure that the achieves compliance on governance.
  • Support the managers to understand CQC and how the inspection methods.
  • Support managers to good or outstanding rating with their CQC reports.
  • Provide interim management cover when required.
