Francisca has diverse experiences, skills and knowledge acquired over her 22 years of working in the Health and Social Care industry predominantly Nursing and Residential Homes. My Career started as a nurse, unit manager, Tissue Viability Nurse. deputy manager, Registered home manager, Quality and compliance manager, Nurse Specialist advisor to CQC, Regional support manager. Lessons were learnt and experiences acquired at each level of my career both negative and positive lessons. My passion for quality care in care homes led me to this level where I want to coach and mentor managers towards achieving effective quality care in their care homes.
